RentWise supports renters in becoming successful, stable tenants through interactive learning:

·        Communicating with landlords and neighbors

·        Managing money and planning for housing costs

·        Finding a place to call home

·        Understanding leases, tenant rights, and responsibilities

·        Caring for your home

·        Preparing to move out and move up

Class Timing Explanation

Classes alternate between evening and morning times every other month. One month the course will be held in the evening, and the following month it will take place in the morning. This rotation continues throughout the year to ensure participants with varying schedules have the opportunity to attend.
