We appreciate your interest in the Lake Point Building’s Event and Meeting Facilities!
We are committed to helping you make your special event a complete success.
With views of the poignant Martin Luther King, Jr. Cornerstone Memorial, colorful Hope Plaza and the charming Jazz Trio statue in Dreamland Plaza, the Lake Point Building, 2401 Lake Street, is conveniently located at the very heart of the redeveloping historic Near North Omaha neighborhood.
The building is a vital touchpoint and visible reminder that redevelopment is happening in this
previously-challenged sector of the city.
The two-story open atrium is the core of the building. With a grand staircase, sky light, benches and street lamps, the setting is reminiscent of a quaint avenue. |

The 22,000 square foot Lake
Point Building opened for
business in 2005.

An original “J Doe” Public Art Project Statue greets visitors to the building, a passenger elevator provides easy access to the offices on the second floor, and, if you’re hungry or thirsty, you may visit the Community Café or use the vending machines located on the first floor.
Our courtyard, the Baright Plaza, offers an outdoor area where you can relax, talk or eat lunch while enjoying live jazz music that is frequently played in Dreamland Park.
The building is a virtual hub of activity, serving the area and the city of Omaha by providing office and meeting space to community, service, civic and business groups, and offering affordable event facilities for hosting meetings, worship services, lectures, receptions, reunions, fund-raisers, corporate parties, wedding
receptions, retreats, graduation parties, or other social occasions and celebrations.
For your convenience, free wireless internet access is provided throughout the building.
Currently, several organizations have offices in the Lake Point Building, including:
-

-
